Our Fourth grade classes really enjoyed the Planetarium last week. It was set up in the Library and each class studied the constellations with Mrs. Weaver, the science teacher. The students also spent time on the Cobb Virtual Library researching the stars and planets while waiting their turn to go into the planetarium.
Access the Destiny library catalog from any computer by visiting the Cobb Virtual Library site and clicking on “Destiny”. Choose “Sanders” from the drop down arrow and begin searching!
Students are doing a great job using the Cobb Virtual Library for their information needs! Don’t forget that you can access this site from home or the public library (wherever you get online!). Click on the Cobb Virtual Library page for more information. Remember, Google, Wikipedia, Ask.com, etc. are NOT good choices for GOOD research!
